Visited this location to use the ATM on my visit to Hershey. Getting in and out of this could be challenging but have enough parking not the drive through option for ATM on weekend.

Terrible customer service, very lazy. Overall terrible. Made me feel unwelcome and not helpful at all. Wont be going back there again.

Ive been a customer at this bank for many many years but lately Im not at all impressed with the customer service. I called and was told I didnt need to make an appointment if I didnt mind waiting. So I went in and was told I had to make an appointment because changing my name would take upwards of 45 minutes. It doesnt even take that long to open a brand new account. I hate the new policy of needing an appointment. Should be first come first serve as it always was in the past.

No banker available without appointment, and the one that's available refused to help with a simple matter that wouldn't have taken more than 5 minutes of her time.
