I was having some issues getting the right mortgage for my home. After a couple failed attempts due to certain banks not giving their due diligence, we were given Denise Pierce as a contact at the Hershey location. We cannot express how amazing she is at her job. Apparently if you have a job these folks don't want your business. I left work an hour early to get there before 5:00 only to find out they now close at 4:00. It takes me 45 minutes to get there from work and now I will have to leave work 2 hours early to get there before they close to cash my check. I've been in Northwest customer for many years but if they're going to make it impossible for me to get to the branch that relationship may be coming to an end.

Did an overnight deposit, of rental collection, did not post in a timely manner, called branch, they did an extensive investigation, found deposit was wedged in overnight box, and followed up promptly by processing and letting me know the issue. Simply great customer service when mechanical failures happen in untimely manners. Thank you Palmyra, PA branch !
