        I was in the process of getting a new car and had to add and remove 2 cars and it was confusing and made my bill high then low then high and Jennifer went above and beyond to answer my emails. Even when I was sending them at 2 and 3 am she would respond immediately the next day. She got everything figured out for me and I really appreciate the help she gave me! Thanks LiTasha
