Brendan deserves full marks (and a hefty holiday bonus, please!) for the remarkable work he did for us today! Not only was he able to get out to us on the same day of our request, but he had the problem diagnosed within minutes, and all fixed shortly thereafter without even having to order parts or schedule additional repairs. Thanks to him, we will not have to go through the weekend without heat! And as if that werent enough to earn our gratitude, he was a true gentleman and flexible with our work schedules to make sure it got fixed right away. Top-notch service and top-notch expertise! Would recommend Brendan for promotion, provided that we are still able to get the same level of service next time. Thank you!!!
