They installed a new carrier unit, walked me through the process, did a great job at assessing the original issue and got me back up and running with a new unit asap. Could not have asked for better service!

I had an issue with my heating system due to an incorrect installation from another contractor. Matthias, Larry and Tim took the time to investigate the issue and determine the best solution for our home. Their repair resolved the issue and they even followed up a few times to ensure we were pleased with the work. Highly recommend.
Two years later the same Cipollone team came back to install a new high efficiency combination boiler for my home heating. Same excellent service and technical expertise. Wouldnt use anyone else!

I scheduled an appointment with their office to have my oil burner annual maintenance. The associate told me it would be $299. She asked me if I had an oil contract with them and I said no. When the serviceman came to do the cleaning he asked me what I had been quoted and told me that the price was actually going to be $350 and that did not include any parts like the nozzle and filter and that I should call the service manager, Mike, to see if he would honor the quoted price. I called Mike and he said that the price was going to be $350 plus parts and that they dont usually service people who do not buy oil from them. I asked for their oil price and it was much higher than where I buy oil. He was not willing to budge on the price and was not very accommodating considering the serviceman was already here. Not to mention the fact that they were supposed to come the prior day and never called to tell me that they had to cancel due to an emergency. I found out because I called their office when they did not show up. On another note, the serviceman, Dave, was very kind and considerate and felt bad about the whole thing. In this day and age customer service should be a high priority and this whole experience was disappointing. I would not recommend this business based on my experience. I immediately called another reputable company, was given an appointment, and was quoted a much lower price that included the parts.
