Everyone at this location was super friendly and helpful. I was nervous, as I hadn't been to an eye exam in years. But the whole process was easy and comfortable thanks to the staff. They even had my glasses ready before the end up the day!

My appointment was at 10:00 am on Friday March 22nd. With it being the first appointment, and the mall just opening at 10:00am I sat outside your business for 15 minutes waiting for the door to open. Like any appointment, you arrive early to check in, and complete any paperwork necessary. I found it a huge inconvenience to stand outside your business. It would be extremely helpful if one your staff when confirming appointments told you not to come until your appointment time, or if you opened the doors 10 minutes prior to opening. This I do not believe is a huge request, seeing in all other places of business it is appropriate and courteous for your office and the patient.

It was the best experience I have had for an eye appointment! Everyone was so pleasant! Dr. Chiang was so good at taking the time to explain a defect in my eye that no one else has ever done. Heather was wonderful at helping me pick out my new frames! The Manager was so kind as well. It was a great experience. I will definitely recommend to others!! Thank you to all of you!
