        Fantastic customer service, large selection of glasses, the staff was quick and very nice, doctor did not rush and made sure my vision problems were all taken care of. The staff in the glasses sales area even helped me pick between my top 3 choices when I couldnt decide and didnt rush me or anything!

        Me and my fiance stopped here to get glasses and of course they lied to you to get you to go there to them my fiance has been waiting over a month for her glasses and she can't see and they won't call to check anything for her glasses

      Jessie we are sorry for the delay in your wife's order. The order was placed through your insurance who supplies orders directly from the insurance company's lab. Unfortunately they had a backorder on the product she ordered which held it up for 16 days in their system awaiting for the lens to arrive. We were in contact with them and have gotten the issue resolved and the order delivered and ready for pickup by day 20. We apologize for the delay as it is not within our typical turnaround time for all our vendors which is 7-14 business days but unfortunately when using your insurance plan we are not allowed to use our own lab to provide materials.
