Rooms were well appointed and clean. Bartenders are entertaining and quick to fill your class. Management and staff do everything they can to ensure all guests have a wonderful stay. Would recommend.

Stayed over the weekend for a wedding & was not disappointed! Wonderful & accommodating staff. I'd like to mention the bartender Michael. He was so funny, very knowledgeable & an all around great guy. Will definitely come back should we need somewhere to stay in the Harrisburg area.

We stayed at this hotel this past weekend. Unfortunately, upon waking up it was identified that there were active bed bugs present. We immediately contacted the front desk for assistance. It was stated that the hotel manager was unavailable as it was a Sunday. We were given an email to reach out to that no one has responded to after several hours as of writing this review. The hotel has done nothing to rectify active bed bugs besides giving us trash bags. It is unclear if they did anything different when turning the room over or alerted their housekeeping staff. Receiving no support from hotel staff is unacceptable business practice, and we planning on filing a report with the Health Department. I am attaching a photo of the bed bugs discovered. We found one adult, and several active smaller nymphs that were engorged and moving around on the sheets.
Update as of 3/12/24: the hotel has done nothing to rectify this issue and is refusing to reimburse us for the stay which was ten days prior. This is the worst customer service I have experienced. I would avoid this hotel if possible unless you want to deal with incredibly dismissive and rude staff that do not view bedbugs as an issue.
