      image The room was spacious and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy. The breakfast bar was clean and well stocked. The variety of options were nice also.

      image The sales staff here is terrible. The director of sales, Antoine is absolutely awful. I reached out to book a block of rooms for a wedding and ended up signing an actual contract to confirm the booking. Two weeks later Antoine reneged on the contract due to what he claimed was a systematic error. Sure... What an awful excuse, and awful experience. I will never stay at a Residence Inn due to the lack of respect, and humongous inconvenience I experienced. This is no way to conduct business.
