Candlewood Suites Harrisburg - Hershey, an IHG Hotel

Hello, I will tell you that my brother Joaquin Carreras and I stayed at this hotel and we stayed for two months and it was a delightful experience, since the entire staff is very professional and friendly and they also strive to provide great service and make you feel comfortable. pleased. They give one a beautiful and clean environment. The room service is divine in every sense of the word. They have a comfortable laundry room and also a great gym. A Friend was Staying there also a Young Lady Associate works there she is very very thorough with her job her name is Rell. Rooms: I like the room he was in very relaxing atmosphere. Somewhat business like seating area with a miniature kitchen area. Safety: The workers are very observing, and pleasant. Walkability: Nice to walk around the facility for short brisk walks exercise. Food & drinks: Teas and Coffee always ready and water for you H-2-O Lovers Noteworthy details: A Warm Greeting

There was an issue with the pool, the roof collapsed, but it would have been nice to know or to been given an option of a refund. The hot water was not hot, I asked for a new room and I was told that was not an option and that maintenance was very hard to reach on a weekend. There were also people who appeared to be living there and not very polite in appearance or attitude.
