For the third time, I tried to make a correction on my daughter's birth certificate, (one time I did it by mail and twice I drove 3 hours to go to the Harrisburg office and even then I still couldn't fix it today at 1 year old, I would really like to solve this problem, I would really like to take our first trip to Brazil in April

They have an electronic numbering system like DMV, you chose what you are there for, it creates a number accordingly. We were in an out quickly.. it also helps if you go online and print out your application and fill in ahead of time, saves time as well.
