They are liars and they only come take your kids just to meet their annual quota for a check they need training and they need to sack some of these lying caseworkers who make up lies about family they are the biggest bullies in the world and nobody saying any about it so Im going all the way up the mayors Governors and to every news station and newspapers Im going to make this thing know about DHS I hear to many caseworkers say they brake up families for a check

Dealing with the state is LITERALLY the worst. Their amazing easy app SUCKS. Their call back system SUCKS. And when you call to get someone with a pulse it either takes over an hour OR better yet you wait 40 mins just for it to kick you off the line and then you have to call back and wait again. Thats just the calling-in and app review
Personal experience: I renewed my state insurance back in August.. told everything was renewed and good. Then 2 months later told they needed all these bank statements and my investment statements, if I totaled more than 2k I would be kicked off my medical insurance. I use the medical insurance since I was 16 because Im HEAR DISABLED not because Im broke or have no job. Every year I get my ear specialist to write a letter that my hearing isnt getting better. Anyway so again was told I would be kicked off my insurance because I have too much in savings so I go to job, jump through their hops to get their insurance. Well it is now March and I still have my state insurance too!!!! I have been on the phone waiting for someone for over 50 mins to answer my questions.
There needs to be a better process there is not that many people calling at 8am!!!
