I have the highest regards for Dr. Japa and her staff. I have had several occasions to call for an emergency appointment and they always accommodate. She is a very highly skilled dentist and explains everything thoroughly. I highly recommend.

Dr. Japa and her team are truly the best. She is a very skilled dentist and has a ton of patience. She is always able to work me into her very busy schedule when emergencies arise. I highly recommend Smile Now Family Dental.

I wish I could give more than five stars to Dr Japa and her team, We were visiting from out of town, I'm not sure how my 5 year old would react to his dental procedures but DR Japa is really friendly and made my kid sit at ease while doing the procedures. She does outstanding work, very much experienced and skillful doctor. Appointments are on on time, follow up is great and the cleanliness is at point, it sounds funny but my son asked when is his next appointment after the first one and you can understand how friendly/great job Dr Japa did. I would highly recommend her to everyone.

I have been a patient at Smile Now Family Dental practice for the past 5+ years. The first couple visits were standard dental visits ranging from cleanings to fillings. But I have to admit that over the past couple of years, I have gotten more than just a dental appointment. I leave with a few good laughs and exchange life updates with the Dr.Japa and her staff. I can personally tell that each individual enjoys actually being there. I usually check in/schedule my appointments with Mo, who greets me with warmest of all smiles. Next, I get called back by April, the dental assistant with the most contagious. laughter. ever. On top of her already outgoing personality. I have no choice but to have a good time when she is around. Then I see Dr.Japa, and proceed to just about fall asleep in the chair as she helps me care for my teeth. If that does not attest to Dr.Japa gentle hands and overall patience, I dont know what will. If on the rare occasion that Mo or April are not there that day, I have the pleasure of being checking in/scheduled/ brought back by either Jigya or Kayla. If Dr.Japa is not available then I see Courtney, the dental hygienist who is only second to Dr.Japa herself. I recently had the situation where I had a piece of popcorn awkwardly stuck to my gums. (yes yall, popcorn. In my defense it looked a lot worse than what it was) Even in my panic, I did not hesitate to contact Dr.Japa and her team. I believe it was Mo who took my call that day. She reassured me that I was fine, and got me in to see Dr.Japa the next day. I saw Dr.Japa, she took it out, we laughed, and they sent me on my way with all of my dignity still intact. Im not sure if I would have had this same experience else where. If this does not attest to the understanding and compassionate nature of the Smile Now team then I am not sure what will. In my honest opinion, if you want a dedicated team of dental professionals to help you care for your teeth and answer all of your questions even the silly ones, then I recommend this place!!!
