If I could start all over with my entire journey into mini implants and a top denture I’d definitely skip the implants altogether and get the upper plate at a cheaper denture practice. The teeth I’m wearing might as well belong to someone else. They don’t fit my mouth at all. The implants rub my gums raw and I can push them out with my tongue and the upper plate has to be glued down with lots of polygrip. I was under the impression that I would receive adjustments when I needed them. Now I’m told a reline will cost me 250. And if I want teeth that won’t move around then the way to go is hybrid implants which cost 25,000. I’ve already spent over 5,000 At Advara and the teeth do not fit. The staff at Advara are very nice and the place is clean but as I said, I’d head the other way. They did a lot of work on my gums before the teeth were inserted now I’m told my gums and bone density are not good for the implants and dentures. I’ve lost over thirty pounds in the past year because I can’t eat certain foods. I wish I could go back and do things differently.
