      image John was such a great help to me, a less-than-techy person. He was super patient as I kept coming back to the store for more help. He never seemed bother that it was me again walking through the door. He was very knowledgeable and kind and never spoke down to me when I asked what I would consider to be a stupid question. He manages more than one store and has a lot on his plate, but he gave me all the time I needed. Thanks, John!
