        Horrible customer service. I will never deal with this company after this experience. The insurance company informed me to call for an appointment. No answer. Apparently an appointment was already made but Caliber Collision did not contact said customer of the appointment date and time. Two days after the unknown appointment date, another call was made. Spoke with someone who said that the insurance company needed to send over an assignment however she never made an attempt to see if one was sent. Had she taken the time to ask for my information she would have noticed that the appointment was made and listed as as a no show. All I was told was that estimates were now being scheduled at the end of May. Of course there is no way to accommodate me and try to get me an appointment sooner because of computerized scheduling. Well, there should be because you should notify clients when you make appointments or don't make them until you hear from the client.

        Best experience, hands-down!! The CLEANEST repair center I've ever seen. But that's not it, what made them TOP NOTCH for me was the regular communication updates on the progress of repairs. Uriah was awesome! At one point there was a part that was replaced, installed and inspected and because the team was not 100% happy with it, they re-ordered the part. Car was back in our hands 28 days before expected completion time and LOOKS like nothing ever happened to begin with. Thank you team for assuring that the stressors of the wreck I had did not carry over into the repair process. RECOMMEND FOR SURE! 10 stars if I could.

        Their final product is great. But please make sure they listen to you. Please make sure you specify exactly what issues you are experiencing and ensure it is noted on the intake form - otherwise they may pass judgement and disregard the true issue. Do not leave it up to them to figure out!!!! If you do this, you should receive your vehicle back repaired, shiny, and clean.
