        Today Makes The 26th Day My Car Has Been In This Garage ... I Was Originally Told It Would Be Ready In 5days, Friday Nov. 15th. I Just Cant With This Place. Starting To Think Maybe They Have A Scam Going With Enterprise Because Im Paying About $1,000 Out Of Pocket For My Rental Due To All These Issues That Push The Date Back. Definitely Get Rental Coverage With Your Insurance. & Definitely Find A Different Repair Shop Because This Is NOT THE ONE. More Detailed Review Once I Finally Get My Car Back. The Car Was Not Properly Fixed, I Had To Take It Back For Them To Do More Work. Just A Terrible Experience All Around.

        Had my entire estimate of record from Erie for my repair and they didn't even want to talk to me without another form from Erie. My agent reached out to them but they had no record of the conversation. After 2 phone calls with Turner, i was done. I decided to call Faulkner. They were happy to talk with me and work with the estimate of record provided by Erie. What if you weren't going through an insurance company and getting the work done on your own? Guess they wouldn't want you as a customer?
