I Love my job at Firely Services and have been employed there 17 years. I worked in hospitals, nursing homes, and other home care agencies and my current employment with Firely has been my favorite.

Horrible place to work. Firely is totally run by the family in all management, even HR. If you have a complaint, they call it bashing. Patients and families have to threaten to call the state to have basic care, for example, mice in the homes, vermin in the chimney, company refusing to buy adequate amounts of basic supplies, such as toilet paper and paper towels. Nurses often brought their own. Refusal to hire cleaners for the homes, expecting the nurses to do all the cleaning. No confidentiality. Some nurses are expected to work holidays and others are not. House managers have no clue how to manage. They loose your personal information, often after you start there, bank info, ss#, etc, without an explanation to their whereabouts. They gave their favorites among the staff, that get away with doing whatever they want, toxic place to work

Was hired and fired 3 days into orientation because they scheduled me to work Xmas and I told them I had been scheduled in my other job. Terrible HR who couldn't understand my explanation of how I couldn't call off the other company for them especially after hiring me for full-time and giving me less than 30hrs a week. I read their negative reviews and still went along for the position, I am glad I got out of that mess before I got dirty.
