Senior Helpers has been a reliable, trusted partner in helping me care for my mother. Letting someone into your home and life was a big but needed step and Senior Helpers provided a wonderful caregiver. I have the peace of mind moms with a very capable, personable, and professional caregiver that doesnt just do the job but enjoys and engages mom and that makes all the difference. Communication with the office is consistently good. The few times we have had a change in plans, they get back in a timely fashion and work with us to accommodate our needs and are understanding and kind. We are happy we chose Senior Helpers.

Great people, but could use better office communication with us each week concerning weekly schedule, or when there is changes. We wish to be informed each week of who is coming.

When it became time that my 97 year old father needed some help showering and getting dressed in the morning, I contacted Senior Helpers to see what they could do. They were able to meet my dads preferred schedule and provided the help he needed. In addition to the help washing up and dressing, they also made sure he had some breakfast and got his bed made. The added bonus was how much he enjoyed the conversation and personal interaction with the staff, even as they were kindly reminding him to use his walker. It was a really nice way for my dad to start his day. I would certainly use Senior Helpers again.

I highly recommend this agency. When I was struggling caring for my parents and didnt know where to turn, they were there to support and guide me. Everyone of their staff is wonderful and caring. They always return calls and in a timely manner. John was and still is my angel from God.
