If I could give this place zero stars I would. They are inflexible with any payment arrangement, in my case two life threatening surgeries and a loss of a child in the process that got me behind on my payments and they had absolutely no understanding on trying to work with me. Instead I got border line harassed day in and day out. My two family members were reached out by them and had their phones blown up. God forbid you are 30 seconds behind on a payment and theyre sticking the most damaging adhesive papers to your door. So bad it ruined our front door and we had to completely do it and put up cameras. They show up whenever is convenient trying to repossess the furniture and when I had enough and sat it outside I got told I was responsible if someone took it because I didnt set an appointment that was convenient for them!!!! What a joke this place is. Their products are dog poop and they wont come out to repair anything even when asked multiple times. If you want dog poop items, being harassed, property damage and more this is the place to go!

We just had our new refrigerator delivered and I am so happy with Brandon and Tim! Brandon and Tim were awesome getting it into the house and set up. It was such a great experience, and I am so thankful to them for everything! I highly recommend Aaron's of Hanover.

Great customer service always willing to help you let you know when deals are happening. Brandon and Tim are great delivery guys. They bring my stuff up to the second floor apartment with no complaints and always help me set everything up.
