Denise, the general manager, is the most impersonal disrespectful manager Ive dealt with in my life. I have leased with Aarons for almost a year and half. A single couch. This couch has never been over 10 days late in payment. To this day if I have to let it go over a few days I am bombarded with calls and now a visit which costed me $13. I have asked numerous times to not be called when Im late and that I am always aware Im late and it will be paid. To which I am told that it is her job usually followed by an obvious explanation of what her job entails. I understand everyone has a job and in no way am I trying to get in the way of hers. But to call me every other month completely disregarding my request and the fact I always pay is a crossing a line to me. I have went as far as to block their number from this. Which they then sent people to my home and had me pay $13.
