Aspen Dental - Hanover, PA

VERY FRIENDLY staff. Sabrina went above and beyond my expectations to schedule my appointment. Destiny calmed my fears concerning having a crown. The practice manager reviewed all financial costs associated with the procedure and found a discount I did not expect. Aspen Dental of Hanover is a practice for anyone who fears the dentist and doesn't think that dental care is unaffordable.

Everyone was nice getting me checked in and fairly prompt to getting me back to take my x - rays, and then going over them as to what I was going to have to have done. Your pricing of things I feel are maybe a little more than need to be. Thank you Mike

I had an amazing experience at the Hanover Aspen Dental. Sabrina at the front desk was helpful and kind. Destiny was kind and definitely made me feel welcome. Kenneth had an amazing attitude and wants the best for the client. Overall it seems like the staff enjoys their job and wants the best for their clients.

Kenneth was very kind. He listens he dosen't overwhelme you in a situation that can be a litle overwhelming, He was extremely patient. He took me through each section of the paperwork. The ladies at the front desk are sweet the dentist is kind and knows her knows her job and hygienist were sweet and helped me through the process. I can't wait to see the final results

Staff was very friendly. The only reason why I didnt give 5 stars is because of the wrong information that was given to me wasted my time. I specifically asked when scheduling the appointment if they have an oral surgeon would be able to put my 13yr old son completely under when he was having teeth pulled stew teeth extracted. They said yes. When I get to the office they inform me that they have a floating surgeon. And being that my son was under 16 they would not be able to provide the service because the surgeon is floating and not able to provide the follow up treatment that is needed. Needless to say I wasnt pleased being that I had to take off work and pick up my son from school early.
