Worst Gamestop around. They never have any idea what games, guides, or accessories that came out. I went their twice to see if they had a game and a strategy guide. They had no idea. They said to me, and I quote, " they never released it." Went to delmont Gamestop, and they knew exactly what I was asking for. I'm never going back to this gamestop again.

Did exactly what store clerk and website says to trade-in xbox. Spent 2hours updating,buying hdmi cords, running back and store twice to be told I should not have done what is on their website and could not trade in. Thank you for wasting 2 hours!!
