Claire's

My daughter wanted to get her ears pierced so we decided to head to Claire's. The piercing process went smoothly. The associate wore gloves and sanitized everything beforehand.  She was knowledgeable about after care and helped us pick out the perfect pair of starter earrings.  When you get a piercing you get a 20% discount on things all throughout the store, so of course we had to take advantage of that and pick up some more earrings and some other fun things! The only downfalls we're that the store tends to be over priced..like very overpriced. And I could see that they could use another associate working at busy times. The associate was working all by herself and it was a Saturday afternoon, the store was very busy.

Terrible!! My wife took my niece on 9/25/22 to get jewelry and girl wouldnt get off her phone and when she would she was rude and then she waited to check out nobody would wait on her so they went to TJ Maxx instead!!

Love the store but it is way too congested and overpriced. My daughter was given money for her 10th birthday but unfortunately she only walked out with one pair of earrings.

Was not open even at 11 am, called twice no one answered, 2 signs on door that say they open at 11 waited 30 minutes and talked to other customers that said this is the 3rd time this week they haven't opened

It was so dirty. There was merchandise and garbage all over the floor. I wanted to think it was because of it being the Saturday after Black Friday but no other store looked like it.
