Spoke with on Thursday,the 9th. Was told they would be here Monday the 13th. No show, not even phone call?? Not a positive experience! Would not recommend

Service: Refrigerator/freezer repair

Came out to snake my downspout drain. Said he only had 40 feet. Not enough & left. Never gave me any other options. Like come back or reschedule with more snake.

They ripped me off and hold no responsibility. Extremely rude when I called to discuss the problem. Said they are no longer in business.

It took over 3 hours to get unloaded and I was the only truck there Sad"!!
