A very clean and well kept hotel. Room was more than adequate and was well presented and cleaned. There are some opportunities to tidy up some tired and scratched paintwork on the trim, but it's untidy rather than dirty. Fine by me.
Staff were all excellent. The girl on the desk in the evening was friendly and struck up conversation. Very helpful too.
Breakfast included, but very generic. Good options from cereal, yoghurt, hot food. Muffins and bread available but they really need to get a proper toaster. The pathetic mini grill/oven thing is completely rubbish.
Eggs were delicious, not so the nasty sausage.
Still, not enough issues to not stay here again.

DON'T STAY HERE! I had reserved and pre-paid via Priceline, 4 adults, 2 rooms, each room with 2 double beds in Aug 2023 for a March 2024 stay. I bought a bed for each adult head. On the day of check-in, the hotel had sold our reserved and pre-paid rooms out from under us. We were told by front desk the hotel was sold out and had only King and Queen. Unacceptable and a lie! And, the staff was VERY inhospitable. The manager was not on-site nor available by phone during the incredibly busy Phila Flower Show Weekend. After my ranting and holding up many others from checking in, magically another room became available. Then we had 3 beds for 4 heads. Still not what I bought. My sister and her family (4 total adults) had flown in from CA that day. They too had their reserved rooms sold out from under them. Your business practices are disgusting and nothing but a display of your total greed. Priceline blames Comfort Inn for our terrible experience, and Comfort Inn blames Priceline. Bottom line is guests don't matter. Profit comes first. Oh, and guests sign a "no partying" form, yet when there were loud noises at 1am disturbing ours and other guests' sleep, the phones placed in the rooms were totally inoperable. We called the front desk from our cell phone. You're lying on your website when you say the rooms have phones.
Rooms: If you actually get a bed, they are comfortable. If you're stuck with the couch, good luck because you will be in pain. Room telephones are only props and don't function. There are no towel bars, strangely. The doors are extremely loud.
Safety: When the loud parties/groups keep you up at night, no staff comes by to resolve the problem. Front desk doesn't care and there is no managerial oversight in this hotel.
Noteworthy details: Elevators smell like pot. Yuck... disgusting. Why have cameras if you don't use them. No one enforces "no smoking" in the building. This is a 2 star hotel at best.
