This is my husband's & mines favorite hotel to escape for a peaceful STAYCATION (we live 10 minutes from hotel and our babysitter is 17 minutes away) so after weeks of not getting any QT because of our work schedules (we both work for hotels) it's a clean, beautiful place for us to spend our 3 days off once a month (more if we could) together unplugged.

Not really the friendliest staff. The overall cleanliness of the facility was less than what is expected in a Marriott Residence. Our room was not up to specifications for a handicap suite, too many details were overlooked when planning this hotel.
A few published amenities were not active or available, and the staff showed no concern of the inconvenience. Overall, It would not be a hotel I would stay in again unless there were no other options.
Rooms: Less than what is expected from a Marriott Residence, the planning of these rooms must have been a tedious exercise for these folks.
Food & drinks: A few of the published amenities, like 24 hour coffee and a service bar/lounge, were not open or available.
Noteworthy details: The hotel/facility was in general messy and unkept. The public restrooms and dinning area were less than exemplary.
