We are often in Gettysburg competing at horse shows and are looking for affordable rooms because we spend so little time in them. This hotel is a good value. They are also very accommodating about opening breakfast early for early departures.

Just be careful with the hot water in the shower because it's extremely hot but once you get your correct temperature it is nice . My son and I went down to breakfast the room is extremely small and there were a lot of people there, say my son and I got waffles and drinks and went back to our room to eat, the only fallback is it's not the hotel it's the people I don't like people reaching over me and my food. We had a machine with orange juice apple juice waffle makers coffee just a pretty much basic breakfast nothing fancy. The guy that works the night shift is absolutely amazing at the front desk. When we checked out there was two young ladies working the front the taller white lady I didn't care for her too much she was yelling at a customer that she didn't work that shift and she didn't know what to tell him it was his problem I didn't care for her too much the other young lady was really nice. I would definitely book here again Rooms: My son and I actually had an updated room it was extremely clean, it had a refrigerator a microwave and a coffee pot The beds were extremely comfortable we were on the 5th floor so we got a pretty good view of nothing but traffic Nearby activities: It's a 5-minute drive from downtown Gettysburg Safety: I felt really comfortable being there I didn't have to look over my shoulder.
