Our experience at the Gettysburg Hampton Inn was nothing short of delightful. From the moment we stepped in, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction.
Shay greeted us warmly upon check-in, offering invaluable insights on local dining spots and must-have apps, which truly enhanced our Easter Holiday weekend. Their thoughtful recommendations made exploring the area a breeze.
Throughout our stay, it was evident that cleanliness and upkeep were top priorities. Dillan, in particular, stood out with his meticulous attention to detail. He seemed to be everywhere at once, ensuring that every corner of the hotel was immaculate. The cohesive teamwork among the staff was truly commendable and a testament to their dedication to providing exceptional customer service. I am also in the service industry, so I definitely appreciate experiencing this as a guest.
