The nurses, staff, & doctors are so friendly. I skipped breakfast which, caused me to be light headed after my physical so, April gave me & my daughter snacks before we left. Thank you! Good people still do exist. This made my day. I appreciate you so much April . May good things come your way.

The worst experience I have ever had at a medical facility. Showed up early , did paperwork waited almost 1 hour 45 minutes pass appointment time. . There were about 10- 12 people waiting and could tell ALL were getting annoyed with the wait time, including me. Another patient went to front desk and started complaining about waiting 2 hours and this was his third trip there because they couldn't get the paperwork right with his referral Doctor. A different guy came in and heard them apologize to him that he had to come back.. because they " forgot" to take a urine sample. My appointment time was 10: 15 am. How do you get 2 hours behind in 2 hours of of being open?? Needless to say , I cancelled and left. Will reschedule with UPMC.

Extremely rude front desk been waiting an hour to do a random drug test! Avoid this place all cost! Read other reviews this is not a personality issue this is AGHN not hiring quality employees. Do something about the front desk person. More training?

Rude front desk clerk. Yelling questions to patients across the room.
Dr left for lunch while I was waiting in the exam room Over an hour wait in the exam room.
Call to change my appointment the day of appointment ????
