UPMC Outpatient Center at Sterling Square

Worst patient service ever!! This location is not lbgtq friendly. Have had several issues with staff, brought it to managements attention and still no change... its rude and at this point discrimination.

The facility here has always been impeccably clean and the staff always professional and knowledgeable.~ So on a lighter note ~ There are a number of plants in the foyer that need a serious drink of water!

Thank you Hannah! I was very anxious about this year's mammogram because of a bad experience last year elsewhere. Hannah was incredible. She was knowledgeable, compassionate, efficient, and kind. She made me loose all my anxiety. Thank you so much.

Tuesday I went at 10:30am Parking lot full no where to park. Wednesday I went at 4:15pm and they were not accepting anymore X-ray. I'll try again tomorrow. Much needed x-rays
