        I wish I could leave 0 stars because this company doesnt even deserve a half of a star. When we walked in Jim rode up aggressively with his high speed on. He was unhelpful and disrespectful when we had questions. He even went to the length of smacking the front of his wheelchair over and over out of anger when answering our questions. We felt SO UNCOMFORTABLE with our interactions with him. We will not hesitate to encourage anyone asked to stay away from this company and Jim.

      Unfortunately that did not occur. You were there to conduct laundry business for Poplin. After you arrived 2 days late , I was uncomfortable with giving you my clothes laundering. When I asked you and your associates to leave you became irritated. I wish you well in your future laundry ventures.
