        Nice people good furniture. The extended warranty company (Guardsman) in my opinion is a SCAM! Look at the reviews on the BBB, Guardsman has less than good reviews.

        I had a bad shopping experience in this store, because I bought an expensive mattress here, and after using it for a while, I felt bad, and then I changed it to a mattress of the same series with a lower price than the original one ,Then they told me that if you want to change a mattress of the same series and the price is more expensive than the original one,you have to pay them back. If you change it to a cheaper one, they won't refund me, this experience cost me almost a thousand dollarswhich makes me feel unfair to consumers. Your salesperson didnt explain to us of the 90-night plan at all. If I had known your warranty does not allow a full refund so we wouldnt have made any purchase here. This regulation is very unfair to us as customers.

        Showed a recliner in stock on there website, I requested on there website if was in stock for sure because was driving to Erie from Ashtabula but no one answered back. So on a fluke drove up and sure enough didnt have it in stock. Clean store but nothing for us. Wasted trip

      The Tempur-Pedic Comfort exchange program is very specific in its parameters. You could have chosen another mattress, in a different comfort level, in the same series. You had full credit for what you paid for the original mattress.The Tempur-Pedic Comfort exchange is for 90 days and you must sleep on it for at least 30 days to adjust to it before you make a claim. You are entitled to one Comfort Claim, as designated by the manufacturer.We were happy to facilitate your Comfort exchange. If you chose to Upgrade to a higher price, you wouldn't 'pay us back'...you would simply pay the difference in price for the higher priced mattress.The salesperson did explain that all to you when you were first in and made a purchase. He mentioned you asked how that comfort guarantee worked. We also did NOT charge you any restocking charge or Pickup fee , which many dealers doI hope that helps explain the process and that you are comfortable on your new Tempur-Pedic mattress

      Sorry for the misunderstanding Gary, but our website doesn’t show Stock and Inventory, it just shows if it’s on display. Too bad you couldn’t have called our store (814-454-8171) at 939 West 26th street yesterday between 10am and 5pm, before driving in, and one of our sales associates would have happily answered your question and checked availability. New inventory is arriving every week. Our store will be open today as well from noon to 4 pm as well.
