        Ive ordered the margherita flatbread several times at different Paneras and its always been my favorite thing on the menu. But this time there was absolutely no basil and hardly any cheese? It looked and tasted nothing like it was supposed to. Maybe they changed the recipe, but I dont think Ill be coming back to this location. Not worth the price at all.

        I had placed an online order for a sandwich and asked for no lettuce and fresh mozzarella cheese. When I received my sandwich it had both lettuce and the wrong cheese When I returned to have my sandwich corrected an African American female with dreadlocks was speaking loudly with attitude to another coworker and said He cant just eat it with lettuce on it? If she had done her job correctly in the first place, she wouldnt have had to remake my sandwich. I am disappointed in the service at this location especially after a mistake on their end.
