I inquired about one of their listings and Trenton Sneidman was as rude and arrogant as can be. He told me I was just wasting his time! I can't even explain in words how sour his tone was. He acted like I was beneath him. I think it is because he could tell I am black. This is very discriminating! I'm a serious cash buyer so it is him that is going to miss out on what could have been a great commission. I don't know if the whole company is like this but if they aren't then I suggest letting Trenton go. He is only steering business away.

This company cannot be trusted. Stay away they dont care if you have the highest offer they want to represent both the seller and buyer to fatten their own pockets. Lost a bid, only to find out after closing my offer was significantly higher, in cash with no contingency's. And when we contacted their office for answers to explain, No response! No integrity! Stay away!
