We brought Mariah an "outside the box" home for her to sell and a little nervous about going to market. She immediately stepped into this scenario with utmost confidence and an entourage of people ready to get to work (Stagers, Photographers, Videographers). From day one Mariah jumped into action directing traffic and ensuring every step of her process was done with excellence. We ran into a few surprises along the way, and that's where Mariah shined the most handling it with absolute precision. Open house day was off the charts with record attendance (we drove by just to peak at the crowd). Not to our surprise, we received multiple offers within 48 hours of going live. Here's the best part, she was able to negotiate a price well above our asking number! We accepted and went through a smooth on-time closing. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. It was great to work with Mariah as we purchased our first home. She was very accommodating and proactive with us being from out of state. She regularly would look into houses and view them ahead of time, Facetime us, and would coordinate several viewings for us when we were able to make it to the area. Her and her team made the purchase process as easy as it could be helping answer questions and providing their expert opinions. Mariah and team came highly recommended from a friend in the area and we're very happy we worked with her as well!

Hiring Mariah as our buyer's agent the best choice we made in our move to Central PA. She was patient, thorough, and willing to work hard to get us the best deal on our new home. She responded quickly to our messages (there were lots of them) and made time for us whenever we needed it. A few other tidbits that are good to know for her future customers: - She's a military veteran and understands the needs of those PCSing to the region. - She is particularly adept at knowing what issues to look for when walking through homes (she was the one crawling under cabinets and into small spaces to look for problems...not me). - She has the best contacts in the area for inspections and licensed home contractor work.
