Ask for Mitch. Good prices on the beds, overall positive experience. Only had the mattress for a week or two but I'm still happy, no buyers remorse. Got a free adjustable base with it too as part of a Labor day sale

I dealt with Mitch at the Edwardsville store and he was absolutely amazing. He wasn’t pushy, and allowed me to try almost every mattress with space. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and very thorough!

My husband and I were in search of a mattress. We wanted to cash and carry. We went into the Wilkes barre location and looked around and he showed us a bed we really liked. We ended up telling him we would take. He then told us about a discounted one that someone could have returned because they didn’t like it or a stitching problem or something along them lines. But it was at a diffeeent location. (Edwardsville) and we told him that was fine we would go pick it up. He said he would call to make sure it was okay with no holes or anything.(sometimes caused by delivery people) so he called down the girl working the Edwardsville location told this guy it was in GREAT shape. We were excited so we pay and headed down there after we finished the rest of our errands. (About an hour) we walk in and the girl working says oh are you here to pick up a mattress. We said yes. She said can you come back in 15-20 minutes. We said sorry no.(we live in Dallas by the time we got home we would have to head back again.) 45 minutes later she finally was ready. She took us toward the back of the store and she okay here it is and started pulling out a bed. I looked At my husband and he looked at me. (We purchased a queen.) she pulled out a twin bed. My husband said sorry but that’s not ours. She then said oh okay. And walked us to another bed and she said okay okay this is yours. And my husband again said, uhhh...nope still not ours. Finally my husband looked around and saw it and said pretty sure that is the one we bought. She went over and looked at the numbers and said oh yeah this is it. She then pointed to a bag on the ground and said you can use this to wrap it. So my husband and I took the bag and wrapped the bed ourselves. She then watched us pick it up and start trying to push it toward the door. My husband said I’m just going to use the hand cart. (He stopped and waited for her to go get it.) she just stood there. So he went and got the hand cart and we got it on and headed to our vechile. What crappy service. They are all snakes. She should have known exactly what bed was ours when we got there if she went to “check it for problems” but she told the Wilkes barre person it was in “great shape.” It ended up having a tear in the stitch on the right corner. So very disappointed by this whole experience. I don’t think I will ever do business with them again.

I have been slowly looking into and online researching a new bed / mattress upgrade for over a year. Mattress Firm was holding a big sale so I decided to physically stop into the store. Upon arriving I was greeted by Mitch whom patiently and masterfully guided me through the available options and the many price points. I returned the following day where again spent time to finalize a comprehensive comllicated package including numerous discounts so I can review final costs of mutliple bedding and mattres options. I walked out of the store having spent a bit more then I have originally intended however I left with far more value then I thought was even possible having mostly only reviewing pricing and purchasing online. I would reccomend anyone looking to purchase a new bedding or a mattress to shop here and ask for Mitch as he will happily work with you to satisfy you and meet your needs. The store is larger than most and has numerous option across all pricing ranges... Thay advertise "nobody sells for less... nobody!" If you take the time to shop here I believe you will find this to be true as I did...
