Terrible experience. Initially, the staff was very friendly and courteous. I was impressed and they under beat everyone else for my countertop as far as price. However, they told me on my second visit that they underbid my estimate by $700 because they forgot a measurement (I don't see how, as my contractor did a diagram with the measurements). When I complained to the manager, he told us we could choose our edging at no extra charge to compensate for the error. When I went in to put the required 50% deposit down (I was there over an hour waiting for him to just put my name in the computer and take my money-which he had wrong anyway), I was told it would be an additional $254 for the edge???!!! Now the great price they originally quoted was now up $954. Then the templaters came out and told me they couldn't template because we hadn't installed the sink. Just cabinets told me not to install it, just to have it here! The installer came back the next day, and while he was here I received a call from the store saying they made a mistake and instead of the initial 50% deposit they required, they wanted the full amount! I went back over the same night to request my money back. After quite a bit of time, they said the computer locked up and they couldn't do it. The manager said he would do it first thing the next morning. I waited until noon and called the store. I was told the manager was off!!! He knew he wasn't going to be in! An associate told me she hadn't had time because she was with customers??? What am I? She stated she would do it right away and get back to me. So far, it's been a half hour.I guess this is far from over. Don't be suckered by the bait and switch on the prices and the niceness of the staff during your initial visit. This had been horrific and now we have to start this process all over again.
