If I give zero stars I would. Beware of using this company! We paid Caden a ton of money to redo our yard, replace patio, seal coat driveway, fix the beds, rip up trees, paint deck, etc. Caden and his crew did not use any weed berrier for any of the beds, put seal coat over weeds in the cracks, didnt even do the entire driveway and left the edges of the driveway without coating, the patio he replaced is not level and is pooling water and the patio paved pathway he did is also uneven and shaky and not secure. We have been reaching out to him for weeks trying to come to some sort of resolution but he cannot answer a text and now has our numbers blocked completely when we call it instantly goes to voicemail. I have never in my life dealt with someone so unbelievably unprofessional. I 1000000% do not recommend CK Property Maintenance. Caden will not take accountability for his mistakes. Pictures attached so you can all see the weeds growing in the beds that we now have to dig up all the rocks to lay berrier ourselves. And also screen shots of the messages with pictures we sent him that he will not respond to.

Do not use CK Property Maintenance! The owner Caden Kish is not professional. We recently moved into a new home and wanted to hire a landscaping company in order to paint deck, lay pavers (which are uneven and with drainage problems), seal coat driveway (very sloppy; not even coated all the way to the edge of the driveway) weed/install weed barrier and lay mulch; see attached pictures after 2-3 weeks I noticed weeds popping up everywhere and dug underneath the mulch and stone laid only to find that weed barrier was absent. This should be landscaping 101! I've worked with Caden Kish but believe at this point he's blocked my number because he took my money and ran; others that know Caden Kish have said he does sloppy work and now speaking with others in town .. we are not the first job he's done poorly or unprofessionally. At this point I'm leaving a review to get the owners attention, this is no way to run a business, especially when other local business owners that have seen the sloppy work also comment that her should finish the job he was hired to do .. not block customers numbers. My advice DO NOT HIRE CK Property Maintenance, if you value customer service, attention to detail and quality work. It's a shame, I love supporting local businesses and will even pay more to support local but this is not the local company for you.
