Frank with Integrity was awesome for answering the phone the first time that I called and coming out in a timely manner for an estimate. He was willing to help me by answering my questions and assessing my regrading issue even though he couldn’t do the work himself (I need a concrete guy). He was happy to give me references of concrete contractors that could help me out. Thank you so much Frank!!

At first “Frank” was very responsive, and quick to do a consult of my lawn. But after agreeing to do my property, he stopped responding to all emails and never showed. Not very professional in his emails and obviously doesn’t have much integrity in his business.

Frank is incredibly responsive, called me back immediately and was out the next day to quote our landscape project. Told me the best places to go for plant and stone ideas, and was able to schedule us quickly and within budget. Was also patient as I worked through ideas. Thank you!
