Feel like in good hands since last 3 years or so. Hoping to continue that way.

After being a Nationwide customer for sixty years they were in the process of canceling my homeowners insurance. I reached out to George Dengerss and within minutes Rachel called me. I explained my situation and she had me email her my coverage so she could quote me similar coverage and within hours I had insurance. I had a question the next day and she provided me with her phone number and was very helpful. Working with this office has alleviated much of my stress and I am grateful that they were willing to understand my situation and made the process easy.

They couldn't been any nicer. Help me to get best coverage's for my budget was so helpful through the process and the best part save me money on my car insurance!!

We had auto pay set up, this company decided to suddenly stop auto pay, they made one phone call the day before cancellation on a Friday afternoon (which was missed) and then left me without insurance without my knowledge. Drove for two weeks with several uninsured cars. Then refused to reinstate my policy. George Denger did not attend to this, and I found out I was sent to collections. Luckily I did not have an accident nor get pulled over, but it would have been a bad situation. Definitely would have taken legal action against this company. Edit: 03/1/2024 12:25pm It is absolutely untrue that there were any manual payments made. July, August, September, October, November, December 2023 all processed as automatic payments. I do not, nor have I ever done manual payments. I can assure you with 100% certainty, since insurance payments never cross my mind because auto pay is always set up. Thus why when Allstate suddenly stopped taking draws automatically, by their own choice, payments were not made. To be clear, May and June 2023 there was a new card issued due to fraud. Thats why payment was declined. Of course this office contacted me the day of cancellation, via phone call and payment was made right away. As well as setting up auto pay. Falsely representing events on their google page clearly shows the character of George.
