My partner and I are absolutely appalled with the quality of this real estate agency, specifically Yarrow Wilkins. She uses unethical tactics and strings buyers along. She said first come first serve on the house and we were one hundred percent first. We immediately accepted her counter offer within minutes and she waited an entire day to let us know she accepted someone else's offer that came in after us. We were willing to pay more also, and she did not even give us the chance or come back with a counter offer. It doesn't make any sense. We made an offer on the house the first day and she waited 11 days to give us a counter offer. Beware of this agency, do not work with them!!

We immediately accepted her counter offer within minutes and she waited an entire day to let us know she accepted someone else's offer that came in after us and only gave us an explanation saying "different terms" why weren't we also given the same terms?? completely unfair!! We were willing to pay more also... It doesn't make any sense. We made an offer on the house the first day and she waited 11 days to give us a counter offer. Beware of this agency, do not work with them!! And you want to pretend like you don't know what I'm talking about Yarrow. Your a snake not a real estate agent. You do not care about your clients at all it's disgusting.
