When we decided we needed to downsize and seek smaller accommodations, because our children were raised and off on their own, we never thought twice about who we would get to handle the details of acquiring our new place. Based on the great service we received from Roy Hollinger who handled the details of purchasing a home back in 1987, it was an easy choice.
