        Worst tax experience of my life. Unbelievable, I wish 0 was an option. Not only was my federal tax not filled like it was supposed to (I received my completed tax packet and everything) but this office refused to assist me. I resorted to calling the corporate hot line but even that was just as much of a hassle. Not once did I receive any phone calls from this office about this issue but they left notes for corporate saying that they did. I am now taking my tax info over to Jackson Hewit. Never again will I ever step foot into a h and r block office again. Stay for away from this place. You will have nothing but headaches.
