Matt & Joel are the best. They go above and beyond to provide honest information on how to keep your pool running smoothly. They even returned my missed phone call to make sure everything was okay. (Im a rookie pool owner.) Even when they know Im a rookie, they never take advantage of the situation and ALWAYS have patience dealing with me. Hands down the best pool store in the area.

Great management and staff. Ive been to all the local pool supply stores in the area and Carlton is now my place to go. Very friendly, full of knowledge and all around pleasant experience. Ill go no where else from now on. Thank you!

Great service and friendly knowledgeable staff. Switched from Leslie and Anthony & Sylvan 3 years ago. They are honest about what chemicals you need and not b.s.ing trying to seek you more.
