Horrible experience. Great sales people but they have no pride in their job or producing anything that is helpful. Caused a great deal of stress and difficulty. Avoid at all costs!!

Great customer service and great people. I had a flat tire and parked there this morning and they let me parked there and asked if everything is ok. Awesome people.

I cannot recommend ELA more highly. We contracted with them on our patio project. Their proposal was comparable in price to a much smaller contractor with a smaller crew and significantly less experience and was 40% less than a well-known and also well-respected firm. From the inception and design of the project they were creative, knowledgeable and sensitive to our budget. They went the extra mile (literally and figuratively) to source the travertine of my choice. I was very impressed by the craftsmanship and work ethic of the ELA crew on site (besides being uniformly nice people). They were quite respectful of the property and minimizing any damage throughout. When a minor issue arose, they handled it and resolved it promptly and professionally. All who have seen their work have been effusive in their praise. I join them. We were not close to being the most important (largest) job they had--but they treated it like it was. We made the right choice.

I can't say enough about the great job ELA did for our paver patio and bluestone sidewalk renovation! The crew was hard-working and showed up on time every day. I expected them to power wash the patio & sidewalks, install new sand and seal it, but they actually went stone-by-stone leveling the surfaces and replaced some cracked pavers with extras I had in storage. This is normally a very messy process, but the crew washed down everything after the power washing and added new mulch to the beds. They even power washed the driveway before they left! The sealing made the 10+ year-old patio look practically new. They also painted the pillars on our outdoor pavilion (an addition to the project). It's clear that the crew takes pride in their work and craftsmanship, which is so rare today. The price was also less than another quote I received. Would definitely recommend you call ELA for your outdoor project! I will definitely do so for my next one.
