Downingtown KinderCare

If this location could give a no stars then I would have chosen that option. -Director is simply impossible to reach in person, over the phone, and sometimes through email. -Little to no professionalism -Was given a spot for my child to start 2 months prior only to be informed a week out that he wouldnt be able to be given care due to staffing and in a panic luckily found another place that could take him in such a short notice. Just a little frustrating because if feel like I wasted money (due to a no refund policy) All and all if you can avoid this place DO! Much better daycares in the surrounding area that are a MILLION times better. *promise*

I have two children (infant and preschool) enrolled at this center and could not be happier with the care and education they receive. The Director is kind, interactive with families and an excellent communicator. The teachers are consistent and many have been there over ten years, several over thirty! The center also does special holiday events and things like magic shows, cooking classes and dinner for families :)

I just have to say this place is outstanding!!!! They really know what they are doing with the kids! Its well organized and they actually teach them. My son and I are so great til we found them I cant imagine there is a better school out there.

They are really good .. my son was having a hard time but now that he goes to KinderCare in Downingtown he is doing so much better .. thank you for being there for me an my family.. thank you for having an awesome staff !! Thank you Everyone even Mr. Jeff an Miss Rachel

Jeff and Rachael are wonderful at keeping KinderCare running smoothly! Always quick to respond to any inquiry and very helpful any time there is an issue. Accommodating and caring, KinderCare has been a boon to our lives. Ms. Adrianna in the 3's room is absolutely amazing!! She loves my son and cares for him so much. She tells me how special he is and despite his need for extra attention, she handles it fantastically! I have seen such growth in my boy since attending KinderCare that it warms my heart to bursting. Knowing that not only are his teachers watching out for him, but that Ms. Adrianna encourages the other children to help care for my boy brings tears to my eyes. Hearing what a great sense of community she is inspiring and teaching the children to care for and watch out for their peers is something that cannot be put into words. We are blessed to have found this wonderful place to send our child. Even his list of food allergies have been no issue. They have worked around everything from Milk, Nuts, Soy, Eggs, Sesame, and more to ensure my son is eating a healthy and varied diet. Ms. Adrianna even sits with him while he eats to make sure he is okay and to keep him company. There is caring, there is nurturing, and there is KinderCare.
