      image I walked in and try to order a chicken quesadilla. I was told I have to order that online for pick up.
      I did order a steak burrito... everything in the trays looked like itd been sitting all day. So I will be throwing that burrito in the trash!.

      image This place never has what I want. If they're not out of grilled vegetables, they're out of something else. Historically, I have enjoyed Chipotle, but this location is a disgrace. It has been for at least 2 years.
      Today, I waited in line for 8 minutes to get to the order counter and be told, "We only have chicken or sofritas." No al pastor, no steak, no carnitas, no brown rice, no grilled vegetables. This was 6:00 pm on a Monday.
      There was no signage or employee to announce that 1/3 of the menu was unavailable. This place is run so poorly - it's an embarrassment.
      When they have what I want on the rare occasion I stop in, the food is fine, and that's why they get 2 stars instead of 1.
