Chipotle Mexican Grill

Don't order or eat from here. In recent months, the quality of both the food and service has significantly decreased. Today when I came into the restaurant, a worker told me to order from the app. Then, they proceeded to take in-person orders from an entire group of people who came in after me. The workers did not ask them to order from the app. They were served first, and I was served last. The workers at this branch need better organization and better management. This is a big disappointment for Chipotle fans who have been patronizing this business for years.

We arrived at 8:40, we were told that we could not order at the counter and could only order online. We placed our order at 8:45, our promised time was 9 o'clock, we got our food at 9:55. Around 9:40, a couple walked in, were allowed to walk up to the counter and order, and they got their food before us. We were told we could not cancel our order and get a refund without talking to customer support, my girlfriend's phone died while trying to cancel, so we were stuck waiting. On 3 orders, 1 was missing guacamole, 1 was missing cheese, and all 3 were shorted on corn salsa, and 1 was only a half-full bowl. When we asked the staff I'd our order was ready yet, they just told us "we make them in order" we had to look through the ready mobile orders to see if ours was there, and they would not tell us when to expect them to get to ours. Many, many people walked in much later than us and got served before us. The rice tasted like it was nothing but lime, everything was cold, and the staff was completely unapologetic about the absurd wait time. 0/10 experience. Worst. Restaurant. Ever.

i love how i paid $10 for a half empty bowl Also, dont bother ordering for pick up. You have a faster chance of getting your food if you wait in line.

Food is below average... chicken was burnt, at 12:30 , which I think is peak time for lunch they didn't have vegetables ready. The young lady serving the food looked overwhelmed. Update: 3/4/22 Food was better this time a little salty, but if you want to order from this place, will better if is done online. They prioritize the online orders. I spend a long time there with only 3 people in front off me, just because they were doing the online orders in between clients in line. They should manage their logistics a little better.

The young little girl who served me is the worst. Sassy and disrespectful. Cant remember her name. She was taking my orders in such a hurry and barely putting food on my bowI. I had to tell her to add almost everything. My food spilled inside the bag if I could return it, I would have done it. Few minutes while I am still inside the store she was being rude to one of her coworker and they started fighting. I hope she was thoroughly disciplined.
