I would like to say that I have had a great experience working with Ward and his team on a recent purchase. The process was not straight forward and we had to change the terms of the deal a couple of times. But throughout all that, Ward was always available for input and advice. He and his team were proactive on helping amend the terms so that the process could be completed expeditiously. I have found him to be very professional, knowledgeable, expeditious and pleasant to work with. I would be very happy to work with Ward and his team again should the opportunity arrive.
